Don't be lulled by a false sense of security about Mona's petite
size because she sure packs a mean punch with her crafts! As the
proud rocker mama of two, she manages to successfully juggle not
only motherhood, but her belly cast art along with being in joint
cohorts in Mamadelic
with Heather. On top of all of that, she is also a part time vegan
chef and makes fantastically kitschy, oversized tote bags with vintage
fabric. We long to know her secret on how she manages to do it all!
Oh, and not to forget - she's starting a band!

Heather cuts a striking figure in her psychedelic clothing and is
often hard to miss in a crowd, (trust us - you wouldn't want to
miss her!). Not afraid of colour, she freely jumps in, mixes and
matches her creations to her heart's delight and the end product
is always something to be envious about. She lovingly crafts away
for her unique kids clothing business Ragamufyn,
and is in joint cohorts with Mona in Mamadelic.
As the proud mama of one - she has successfully learnt how to talk
on the phone, construct a toy train, sew and nurse her 3 year old
all at the same time! A mean feat, that is for sure! (psst...she
is starting a band with Mona!)

Browsing through Rebecca's crafts, you'll soon become envious of
her bookmaking skills! In addition to her bookmaking skills - Rebecca
also has awesome book keeping skills and handles the accounts for
her husband's business. Can you guess why Rebecca is the Miami Craft
Mafia treasurer? Before she became a proud work at home mom, Rebecca
was a grade school art teacher, which no doubt explains her awesome
craftiness. When she is not book keeping, Rebecca works on her business:
Dragonfly
Crafts and creates many beautiful items ranging from books,
jewellery, herbal soaps and herbal spa teabags. No wonder all the
Miami Craft Mafia girls smell so good!

With a cute rabbit as her logo, you just know that Stephanie's clothing and accessories are going to be gorgeous! Stephanie recently moved to South Florida from New York and brings along with herself her fantastic shirt making skills. Stephanie loves to piece together unusual colours and patterns to create unique, one-of-a-kind shirts that she sells not only in her business, 75rabbit, but also in brick and mortar boutiques in New York and London! Stephanie chose her business name based on the year of her birth - 1975, which was also the year of the Rabbit. We love it! While Stephanie mainly started out with clothing items - she is now also branching out into accessories. Of course, we are thrilled with this as a girl can never have too many accessories, right?

Lushbox, Inc. is the product of one slightly addled twenty-something who has an unhealthy addiction to cosmetics, vegan bath products, and funky threads. Everyone knows that no one likes a quitter, so she skipped the 12-step program and is enabling shopaholics like herself to stock up on dessert and cocktail inspired bath & body goodies, unique retro inspired clothing, and natural cosmetics that are good, and good for you! Lushbox, Inc. is an Etsy Top Seller, and was a featured seller in October of 2006. When not mixing up all kinds of bath treats, Luca enjoys indie flicks, celebrity gossip, and collecting vintage lunchboxes.

You'll find Ciara doing plenty of different things, but sitting still isn't one of them. True to her Gemini nature, she wears many hats: designer, seamstress, knitter, crocheter, zine producer, writer, editor, amateur web designer, feminist and momma to the cutest cat ever to be named after a Boston Red Sox left fielder. Ciara's been crafting since her high school misfit days, but thanks to her day job as a travel writer, she's able to scour the globe for inspiration for her next design. Her other pet project is the online journal of poetry and fiction The Furnace Review (www.thefurnacereview.com). Someday, somehow, she will appear on Project Runway. Just you wait.
